If you have previously installed keynote on your old mac from the App Store. Login with that Apple Id in the App Store> Go to the Purchased tab and Click on Install. App Store will prompt you that the latest version is not compatible with your version of OS and will give you the option of Downloading a compatible version of Keynote for your current OS.

Once your in the applescript editor you can open a third party's applescript function library showing you the commands that are supported. I'm not at my computer atm but I think it was on the file or edit menu of the editor. Open the one for keynote and search for export. This will show you the supported commands.
